Website analytics
Allow Google Analytics 4 and, when available, first-party visit records linked by random identifiers (pseudonymized personal data): entry sources, pages, active time, scrolling, public button clicks and inquiry stages. Consented visits can be linked to successfully saved inquiries during the 30-day detail-retention period. No form answers are sent to analytics.
First-party aggregate statistics
After you confirm analytics consent, our own hosting server in the United States counts consenting browsers, public-page views, contact clicks, inquiry-form starts and foreground active time independently of Google. A server-derived pseudonymous visitor key rotates every week in Beijing time and is kept for up to 8 days for deduplication. It is not anonymous data. We do not use IP addresses or browser fingerprints to identify visitors, and this statistics database does not store consent tokens, session identifiers or individual browsing trails. Background or inactive pages stop contributing active time; overlapping active time in different tabs is deduplicated. Temporary overlap intervals are kept for up to 3 minutes, random event identifiers for up to 24 hours, minute counters for up to one hour, and aggregate counts for up to 365 days. Browser counts cannot identify unique people across devices. Refusal, withdrawal, Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control stops optional collection. Earlier data is retained under its original limits; missing visitor counts and durations cannot be reconstructed.
Google Analytics 4
GA4 is a third-party Google service and uses analytics cookies and browser identifiers after your analytics choice is confirmed. Google also processes connection information such as IP addresses under its own terms. We do not send inquiry answers or customer contact details as analytics fields. Google Signals and advertising personalization are disabled. Google's retention is separate from our first-party retention.
Masked session recordings
Allow recordings of public-page layout, pointer movement and scrolling. The recorder is designed to mask all text and block forms, attachments and private areas; form contents are not included in replay uploads.

Retention and existing records
First-party visit details and recordings are kept for 30 days after the last activity. Only totals without visit or receipt identifiers are kept long term. The choice cookie is valid for 180 days. Consent evidence is kept while needed for linked records, with a 30-day cleanup buffer after expiry or withdrawal; access, export and deletion audits last 365 days.
Inquiries and essential features
Inquiry details, selected files and the submitted source page are saved to prepare quotations and follow up on your request. Commercial records may be retained for project continuity. Local inquiry drafts expire after 7 days; language and quote-list preferences support requested website features. Hosting and security systems may keep separate necessary logs, including IP addresses. External services have their own privacy terms.
Historical statistics
Earlier aggregate counts and consented analytics remain separate historical data under their original limits; missing visit paths cannot be reconstructed. New optional collection begins only after the server confirms your current choice. Private and privacy pages are excluded. We do not use browser fingerprinting. Random visit identifiers do not make these records anonymous; an associated saved inquiry can identify a visitor.

在您确认同意网站统计后，我们位于美国的自有托管服务器独立于 Google 统计已同意的浏览器访客、公开页面浏览、联系点击、开始填写询盘及前台活跃时长。服务器生成的假名化访客键按北京时间每周轮换，最多保留8天用于去重；这不是匿名数据。我们不使用 IP 地址或浏览器指纹识别访客，统计数据库不保存同意令牌、会话标识或逐人浏览轨迹。后台或无交互的页面停止累计活跃时长，多个标签页重叠的活跃时间会去重。用于重叠去重的临时时间区间最多保留3分钟，随机事件编号最多保留24小时，分钟计数最多保留1小时，汇总计数最多保留365天。浏览器访客数不能跨设备识别真实独立个人。拒绝、撤回、“请勿追踪”或“全球隐私控制”会停止可选采集。此前数据按原有期限保留，缺失的访客人数和时长不能重建。

历史统计
此前的汇总计数和经同意的统计按原有期限作为独立历史数据保存，缺失的访问路径无法重建。新可选采集仅在服务器确认您当前的选择后开始。私有页面和隐私页面不参与采集。我们不使用浏览器指纹。随机访问编号不代表记录已匿名化；关联的已保存询盘可能识别访问者。
Local inquiry drafts
Before submission, text fields including your contact details and message are saved only in this browser to restore your work after navigation or refresh. Drafts expire 7 days after the last save and are removed when next read. Use Clear draft or clear this site's browser data to remove them sooner; a successful submission also clears the draft. Files and the consent checkbox are not saved. Files must be selected again after leaving or refreshing the page. Draft contents are not sent to our server or analytics. If browser storage is unavailable, draft recovery after closing or refreshing the page is unavailable. Only clicking Submit sends the inquiry and selected files to our team.
Inquiry attachments
If you attach files, we store the files, their names and types with your inquiry for product review, quotation and follow-up. Attachments are private and can only be downloaded through authenticated administration. They follow the inquiry retention and access, correction or deletion request arrangements described in this policy. Only upload material you are authorized to share; do not include passwords, identity documents or unrelated personal information.
